About Us

We are a boutique consultancy specialising in applied behaviour change, with a focus on public health, sustainability, digital health, and social equity. Our mission is to use behavioural science to support real-world impact, helping organisations design, deliver, and evaluate interventions that improve lives and reduce inequalities.

Applied behaviour change means turning the science of human behaviour into action. We draw on evidence-based frameworks to understand what drives behaviour and how to influence it in ethical, practical ways. Whether it is helping local authorities boost engagement with health services or working with tech companies to design accessible digital tools, we translate behavioural insights into actionable strategies.

We are a small team with strong roots in health psychology, research, and evaluation. We regularly collaborate with the NHS, local government, charities, and innovation-led start-ups. Our clients include national and international organisations such as the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Holland & Barrett, and The European Centre for Disease Management and Control (ECDC).
